Guernsey are looking to continue their impressive away form by making it six without defeat on the road when they go to Hythe Town on Saturday.
It would represent their longest run of unbeaten games away from Footes Lane since late 2013. Should the Green Lions find the net at the Reachfields Stadium, it will be their 850th goal.
Louis Graham is available again after a short absence, while Thomas Dodds is set to have the weekend off due to illness.
Kieran Mahon and Paris Pereira are on the mend after knee surgery, while Charlton Gauvain is waiting for the results of a scan. The other longer-term absentee is Dave Rihoy, who is working hard on getting back to fitness.
The Cannons are proving to be a bit of a bogey side for the Sarnians, who have not beaten the Kent outfit in the last seven meetings between the pair. Their last win came at Footes Lane in late 2015, with Craig Young, Dominic Heaume and Marc McGrath getting on the scoresheet in a 3-1 triumph.
The pair drew 0-0 earlier this season, perhaps the first game in this campaign that a team set up to nick a point, and were rewarded for their efforts. Matt Loaring was on target on GFC’s previous visit to the Reachfields as they ground out a 1-1 draw against a play-off chasing Hythe side almost a year ago.
Three points could realistically move the Green Lions up one place to seventh in Isthmian South East, and they have won their last three away games. A win for the hosts would see them leapfrog Tony Vance’s side into the top half of the table. After a tough start to the season, Hythe have only lost once in 11 games since the end of November to ease and relegation worries.
Saturday’s match kicks off at 12.45pm. Fans unable to make it to Footes Lane can watch full live coverage on GFCTV and keep up to date via our social media channels. Highlights and the full 90-minute playback will be uploaded over the weekend, as well as a full match report on the website.
